4. Cutting & shaping
Pads are cut to exact dimensions (240mm/280mm) ensuring uniformity across batches.
5. Wings & adhesive application
Adhesive strips applied for proper fit; wings added for improved hold and comfort.
6. Final packing & sealing
Pads are packed in controlled conditions—loose packs or branded packs as per requirement.
