Raw Material Preparation
High-quality non-woven fabric, fluff pulp, SAP (super-absorbent polymer) and PE back sheet are sourced and prepared for the production line.
Core Formation
Core is formed with precisely controlled distribution of SAP and fluff pulp, followed by layering to achieve the target absorbency profile.
Pad Formation & Bonding
Thermal or ultrasonic sealing bonds the layers securely. Pads are cut to exact dimensions — 240mm or 280mm — ensuring uniformity across every batch.
Wing Attachment
Adhesive strips applied for proper fit. Wings added and folded for improved hold and comfort during use.
Quality Check
Stage-wise QC: absorbency, core alignment, weight consistency, bonding strength, top-sheet inspection and adhesive hold all verified per batch.
Packing & Dispatch
Pads packed under controlled conditions into branded or generic poly packs, then into outer cartons for efficient dispatch to your location.
BIS IS 5405:2025 Certified — CML: 8700223517, valid till 2031-03-26. Absorbency, rewet, pH, bonding strength and microbial checks are monitored across all production batches per BIS IS 5405 standards.
